The uTRAC app is designed to push updates about upcoming shifts to relevant staff. To manage your notifications, visit the app settings on your phone or the settings section of the uTRAC app.
Managing Notifications on Android
If shifts and job board posts on your app are not triggering notifications to your Android device, please try the following:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Notifications and then App notifications.
- Under "Most recent," find apps that recently sent you notifications.
- Tip: If you don't see "Recently sent," you're using an older Android version. Instead, tap App notifications and tap an app. You can turn notifications, notification dots, and notification categories on or off. If an app has categories, you can tap a category for more options.
- To find more apps, in the dropdown menu, tap All apps.
- Tap the uTRAC app.
- Turn the uTRAC app's notifications on or off.
- Please allow 12 hours for notifications to begin appearing.
Managing Notifications on iPhone
If shifts and job board posts on your app are not triggering notifications to your iOS device, please try the following:
- In the Settings app, tap Apps.
- Search for the uTRAC app and tap to open the app's settings.
- Tap Notifications.
- Turn 'Allow Notifications' off or on.
- Please allow 12 hours for notifications to begin appearing.
Managing Notification Settings on the uTRAC App
To open which actions trigger a notification to your phone, open the uTRAC app and use the left hand menu to access the settings (you can swipe from the left to open the menu or click the hamburger icon on the top left corner).
From here, you can select which type of updates you would like to receive notifications about on your device.
If there are shifts or job board posts that are appearing on your device that you are not getting notified about, please try logging out of uTRAC and then logging back in.
